ACE activities available in July/early August 2024:

• Monday, July 8: Lunch outing at Jacob & Anthony's (1475 Western Ave, in Stuyvesant Plaza) at 12 Noon. Delicious Italian food and cocktails. Pay your own meal.
• Saturday, July 13: Ballet Matinee at 2 PM at SPAC. Performance of Swan Lake and Stars & Stripes. Ticket prices vary and depend on availability *** See below
•  Thursday, July 18: Performance of the Tony-winning musical "Rent" at the MacHayden Theater, Chatham, NY. 2PM Matinee (or 8PM if preferred). Tickets are $42-$45 Inspired by Puccini’s La Boheme, RENT follows a year in the life of seven New Yorkers on the Lower East Side. As these young, impoverished artists struggle to create, the group navigates major life changes, relationship struggles, fulfillment of dreams, the loss of loved ones, and living in the age of HIV/AIDS. Together, their stories paint a stunningly emotional portrait of the gritty bohemian world of New York City, and emphasize the power of meaningful human connection in a time of crisis.
• Friday, August 8: 11AM Tour of the Catskill Animal Sanctuary, a haven for thousands of rescued farmed animals in the Hudson Valley. Tickets are $10-$15.
